Booking FAQs
When do I receive my tickets?
You'll receive an email confirmation with your e-tickets immediately after booking. You can either print them or show them on your phone at the door.
Can I choose my specific seats?
Yes! Our online booking system shows available seats and lets you select your preferred location. All seats have excellent sightlines in our intimate 80-seat venue.
What's your refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours before the performance. Contact the box office for refunds or to transfer to a different show date.
How do I get my member discount code?
All members receive a unique discount code via email when they join. If you've lost yours, contact us and we'll resend it. The code works for multiple bookings throughout the year.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the performance. We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to collect tickets, find your seat, and enjoy interval refreshments if you'd like to pre-order.
